Shipping Rates

Delivery Policy
- Tracking Information: Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking details.
- Signature Requirement: Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery to ensure proper handling.
- Delays: While we aim to meet all delivery timelines, delays due to weather, customs, or carrier issues may occur.
Adult Signature Requirement
- Carriers: We ship via UPS and USPS, both of which mandate that the recipient must be 21 years of age or older.
- ID Verification: The carrier may request government-issued identification to verify the recipient’s age at the time of delivery.
- Failed Delivery Attempts: If no eligible adult is available to sign for the package, the carrier will attempt delivery up to three times before returning the shipment to us. Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.
Damaged or Missing Items
- Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. Include photos of the damage and the packaging.
- Missing Shipments: If you believe your shipment is lost or hasn’t arrived, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
International Orders
- Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for understanding the import laws of their country. Cigars to Puff is not liable for packages delayed or rejected by customs.

Returns & Refunds
